APS Designs developed the overall design and façade for Waterfront Residences, a contemporary seafront residential building in Vasto, Italy, with ground-floor commercial spaces. The project is defined by a refined interplay of horizontal terraces, vertical fins, softened corners, and stepped façade elements that give the building rhythm, depth, and a distinctive urban presence. A grounded stone base anchors the volume, while transparent railings, warm wood-toned soffits, integrated lighting, and planted terraces soften the structure and connect it to the coastal atmosphere. Through proportion, texture, and material precision, the building reinterprets waterfront living as an elegant architectural statement on the Adriatic coast.
