TAMMA Residence by APS Designs, conceived for a local developer in Puglia, Italy, is a visionary mixed-use project composed of three six-story buildings with 200 residential units and ground-floor commercial spaces. Sculptural balconies, terraces, and connecting bridges give the development a distinct architectural identity, balancing functionality with expressive form. Landscaped open areas and a palette of natural materials create a strong dialogue with the surrounding context. Rooted in the cultural memory of the site, the project establishes a new architectural language that blends local heritage with contemporary innovation, reimagining urban living as a landmark vision of design, nature, and community.
