A 5,500 sq ft, six-bedroom Midtown Manhattan duplex reimagined for contemporary living. At the center of the home, APS Designs conceived a sculptural staircase with curved wood paneling and bronze accents, set within a restrained palette of white ash, travertine, and black marble. More than a circulation element, the stair becomes the vertical heart of the residence, anchoring a refined sequence of rooms where crafted detail, balanced proportion, and modern comfort create a timeless and elevated atmosphere.
