Villa Apulia, designed by APS Designs under Antonio Pio Saracino, reinterprets Puglia’s coastal heritage through refined contemporary architecture. Perched on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic, the nine-bedroom villa blends white local stone, arches, and dry-stone walls with modern volumes and technology. Infinity pool, panoramic glazing, and sculptural details create a seamless dialogue between tradition, innovation, and landscape.
