Antonio Pio Saracino presented the Hero Bookcase at the Triennale di Milano. Inspired by Michelangelo’s David, the design translates the Renaissance symbol of freedom and strength into a functional domestic totem. Defined by layered planes and shifting perspectives, the bookcase functions both as an iconic sculptural object and as a vessel for books, transforming culture into form.
