APS Designs’ five-story residential project in Puglia, Italy, features 25 units and a ground-floor commercial space within a three-building ensemble. Terraces in dynamic zigzag patterns optimize sunlight and create vibrant outdoor spaces, while a central “U”-shaped plaza fosters community interaction. Drawing on local stone roofs and verandas, the design harmonizes with southern Italy’s aesthetic, blending functionality, elegance, and innovative architectural expression.
